We felt at ease when we made our purchase with the two year warranty. On the day of the install, we were constantly followed up with Owen to check on the progress of the floors. Floor Coverings is the best! From the Home Advisory step to the consultation to the installation - so professional and so excellent. This entire team responded in a quick manner, the installation was absolutely flawless and done in a timely manner and the finished product was breathtaking. Love, love, love working with this company and I look forward to having them come back to do more of my flooring installs.
Owen is the man his knowledge about floors is GREAT for someone like me who knows nothing about it.. His patience and customer service is AWESOME.. The installation team was GOOD AND PROMPT they did a GOOD job I really love my floors will use them again in the future..
Beautiful job and although a slight hiccup on delivery, they made up for it and solved the problem quickly. Carpet is great and installation was well done!
