I was referred to Furniture & Beyond by a friend who was not wrong about how satisfied she is with the service she received. I went in just to purchase one or two items and was so satisfied with price, service and the QUALITY of the items I purchased and the items on the showroom floor, that I came back the next day to furnish all three of my offices. Once again on day two of the visit, I was amazingly pleased with every aspect of the service included the availability of the items, every item I picked out on the show room floor was in stock. This is now my ONLY go to place to show for home decor and furniture. Way, Way to go Furniture and Beyond. Too bad I cant give 10 out of 10 stars.
Most unprofessional, unorganized, unprepared business I have ever been to. Furniture is a good price but when the staff is rude and has ZERO customer service skills what so ever.... I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
