Every single time I try to order a latte I’m told the machine is down or it’s off for cleaning... I think one time I was able to get a latte from this location and that was back in October. Why would you have it down on a Sunday morning? Why not during non busy hours? Especially a popular drink that’s featured. Doesn’t matter I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ll switch to Starbucks. At least they typically have their menu items available. Once or twice I get it but this has been six or seven times in a row. I guess my money isn’t needed. Thanks for nothing Dunkin’

The Iced French Vanilla Latte was good, but the Iced Mocha is better.nService was great and the staff was very attentive.

Highly inconsistent in taste!!nI always buy iced vanilla latte and it rarely tastes like one! I try to avoid buying from there yet because it's the closest to me everytime I hope it'll be good. Today I got one that didn't have any sugary taste and certainly any vanilla in it!nIt needs serious managerial oversight.

Stop advertising the unicorn and mermaid ice cream if you no longer sell it. Made my kid crazy. Also this is one of those businesses that I feel uses the pandemic as an excuse to not do something they may not have liked to do before. So if you are not doing samples because of the pandemic maybe take down the sign for free samples? I guess that would be to much work as well.

I did have a bad review before, but I’m changing it. I keep going back so it must not be that bad ud83dude02. Honestly i just wish the coffee was stronger like Starbucks and less syrup tasting. But me and my kids loves the donuts and wake up wraps. And the people are usually pleasant.
