Tom has been nothing but excellent! He is quick to respond, had our hot tub repaired within a week, where other companies were estimating 2 weeks before they could come look at our spa. He also gave us an honest estimate, and options of multiple replacement products. He has been very knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of for follow up questions! Thank you, Tom!! I will definitely be recommending you!

Tom half completed the repair on our tub...left saying he needed more parts and stopped taking my calls or responding to texts....Don't get taken for a ride by this clown....

Had a leak and called Mobile spas, had to change the day he was to come out, he side no problem ...came out when he said he would and Tom is a super nice guy. Showed me what to look for and made proper recommendations....even though I did not have the most expensive hot tub and was sweet and helpful. Recommend him to everyone!

Asked for a service call after being a long time customer and having spent lots of money with Tom. Service ended up being nothing more than 2 minutes to reset a breaker. His store is 8 minutes away, and when I simply asked for a break on this $75 charge, he very rudely responded, and basically telling me he was fine to lose a customer. I am a very loyal customer to those that respect and treat customers with kindness. I will never recommend him, nor will I give him another penny.

Tom was great to work with from purchase to installation of our hot tub. He is knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.
