We had them build us a table out of reclaimed lumber with an old wagon wheel in the base. It looked beautiful and was finished in a third of the time they determined. But I am guessing that is why we had so many troubles; the wood was not dried out enough and warped dramatically even though our house is not very dry, even in the winter. The seams all split so I had to buy acrylic glue to fill in the gaps between the timbers. The wagon wheel spokes all disconnected and had to be re-glued. The biggest and worst issue was that the table was extremely wobbly so I had to reinforce the attachment surface with longer screws and steal reinforcement beams. I never write reviews after I make a major purchase, something over a thousand dollars, but this should have been half the price after all of the time and money I put into fixing all of the mistakes.
The Country Porch has some of the best and friendliest service you can find. Very high quality furniture and crafts, as well as a local FFL option; what more could you ask for in a country store?

The owners description is a custom woodworking shop with some antiques. It's a very interesting little shop and the hand built items we saw displayed were very nice! All built from reclaimed materials.nnCheck out product photos on their Facebook page.
This store is amazing-they built me a beautiful reclaimed wood queen headboard and delivered it as well-The owners are very nice people-if you are in Mukwonago don't pass this up!
