Expensive... Everything else was amazing. Set me up early on the same day of a move. I had a lift on the back end of the truck #lifesavior , and the truck felt like new with 60,000+ miles on it. Loved driving this thing... Wish it was mine ud83dude02 they allowed me to drop off at a nearby home depot because they were closing early.
Customer Service can be a little more pleasant.

The idiots at this location accused me of damaging the windshield of their 16 foot rental truck. I didn't notice the glass chips on the initial inspection which, by the way, was done underneath a service center bay awning. The service rep hadn't noticed then either. The truck was not ready when we arrived. It hadn't been checked in from the night before when a customer dropped it off. We waited while they serviced it, washed it, etc. So, because I didn't notice the pre-existing damage to the winshield, early on a Friday morning with overcast skies, the risk manager, Mr. Porter, is going to send me an invoice for a few hundred dollars. We never got on any interstate highways, but instead stayed on local roads for a grand total of 22 miles. In 22 miles we supposedly got 2 major cracks in the windshield in different areas? Sounds impossible, right? Anyways, if you're a potential Penske customer, do yourself a huge favor and go to U-haul, Budget, or Ryder. Don't say that you weren't warned about how this shady, dishonest Penske location does business. Thank you.
