Christie Simmons is great. Very nice & welcoming. I ended up spilling some laundry detergent in my unit & she wouldn’t even let me clean it as she said she would take care of it herself. Great customer service & clean facility. Book here. Most of the surrounding storage company are raggedy and not up to par.

I had a great experience at Cube Smart on Whitehall street. Kay Kay who was at the front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed getting everything done in a timely matter and her customer service was great! I highly recommend these storage units. I mainly chose this spot for convenience, there is open access til 10pm and the units are all climate control. Thanks again!
The manager Kay Kay is amazing! ud83dude0d Seriously one of the nicest, sweetest, friendliest people. She assisted us promptly, answered all of our questions and was just awesome. This storage facility is great. Very clean, all of the auto doors and gates work. They have plenty of hand trucks and push carts. The elevators work well. I would definitely rent from here again.
Went there to look at a unit, The lady Christie was super nice to allow me to see what size was good for me.
