My visa application went smooth. I received email notifications for updates on my visa application processing. The officers at the consulate were helpful and kind enough to expedite my processing, given my trip was scheduled at the last minute and I had only 10 days to submit my application and get my visa stamped.

If the consulate is open why no one answer the phone? busy? why no answering machine? In Atlanta people do work, why it is so hard tonrespond!

A bunch of parasites that do nothing to help the public. They do not answer the phone neither communicate via email. A complaint will be sent the Misrad Hahootz.

No one answers the phone. No one responds to e-mails. Attempted to contact the Consulate in Chicago and Atlanta for two entire days with no response. I always believed that Israel is a country that routinely punishes it's own citizens. This is just another example of that.

The worst customer service ever. We drove 7 hours to get here since their google page and voicemail stated their normal operating hours. They never answered the phone so we only had this information to follow. Upon arrival to have a document notarized, a man said he couldn’t help us and that their office was closed. All we needed was a signature and a stamp and like most offices do, they could have done this under the door or through a closed window. Instead, he refused to help us and ignored our ringing of the doorbell to speak with someone else.nnDon’t go here they are closed and not accepting anyone.
