This consulate rarely answers phone calls or emails and does not update their website often. Even when they do answer your call, there is a chance that they will give you unrelated answers. Other Korean Consulates such as the Chicago office have great service but for some reason the Atlanta office fails in most aspects.

No wonder they have 2.6 star reviews.. you call to ask questions, they answer something that is not related to the questions. If you correct them about what I asked, they insist they are right and I am wrong because they know it best. As a bonus, they will hang up the phone on you to let you know they are mad. I wonder what do they gain by behaving that way. A small victory that they hung up the phone before you? Pathetic way to deal with customers.

The worst place ever. They don’t make it easy to make an appointment and they don’t answer calls on purpose (I went and the lady deliberately said they don’t answer calls). Staff is extremely rude every time I’ve been and they close for any tiny reason they can find. What place closes for lunch? Not even a mom and pop restaurant closes for an hour in the middle of the day.nnThey think they can just do whatever they want with no consequences. Absolutely miserable place and people.

Extremely rude and unprofessional agents, especially the young agent that handles passports. She looks at you like you are making nonsense. Does not want to answer questions. Doesn't tell you when things are done but rather just sits there and stares at you to leave. How awful, shameful these are the people that represents Korea doing work for the government. They apparently don't realize that they are out here to help their own citizens and acts like they're the rulers. Terrible service.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I called them for 2 days straight and left an email, but to no avail. They never picked up and never responded back to the email.
