The new staff at this location are AMAZING! I never write reviews but I had to give props where they were due! Robert is so kind and always gets the job done! And management is top notch! They make you feel so welcome. 5 stars!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY SELL ALOT OF DEFECTIVE PHONES AND CHARGERS HERE, THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LACK OF PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ON THEY DAY I PURCHASED MY PHONE, THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PHONES DAYS AFTER THEY'VE PURCHASED THEM AND THERE'S A PREGNANT SALES YEP THAT WORKS AT THIS LOCATION, THAT HAS A VERY VERY NASTY UNPLEASANT DISPOSITION BUT WHILE SHE'S SELLING YOU THE PHONE&SERVICE, SHE NICE COS SHE NEEDS THE COMMISSION BUT WHEN I RETURNED BECAUSE MY PHONE WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY SHE TURNED INTO THE CUSTOMER REP FROM HELL, STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE GO ELSEWHERE TO GET A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
