I love Dunkin’ but the one is poorly run. Go to the one up the street if you have the time.
One of the best places to get a coffee, one of the worst to get donuts.nnHere's the thing: the same person that works the register, boxes the donuts. Which is fine, but they're more worried about pushing customers through the line than they are getting them out the door. The worst part is that I don't even think the issue is with the employees, I think this only happens because management there runs skeleton crews from open to close. But when that happens, you get people like me who wait far longer than you would if you just did one order at a time. I'd rather wait an extra minute in line to save myself the hassle of my frozen beverage melting before I get my food.nnIf there were any other place within a reasonable walking distance from me to get a similar product, like a Starbucks, I'd go in a heartbeat. But for now I just have to deal with it.
