Friendly, small area, not clean area
I ordered 150 Munchkins Donut Hole Treats via UberEats. I only received 50/150. When we received the bag, it was taped with our receipt on the front bag, which clearly shows the correct amount we ordered. We tried contacting this location more than 5 times now. We needed those for our employees appreciation meeting this morning... We requested utensils and napkins as well- did not receive any. It's embarrassing how we have only 1/3 of the food and we're using bathroom paper towels as our napkins- so much for showing appreciation.
The popularity of this café is understandable, It's been featured in several movies, and most tourists go there for the experience. The breakfast menu offers a good variety of things to choose from. I had the best omelet I had eaten in a long time at the café. Their coffee is also pretty good.
I love this dunkin! I go every week! I use both in store ordering and the app, and they are always fast and efficient! My coffee order can be confusing and they always get it the first time no matter what! Love the staff at this location! If it were near my home I'd go daily! But its near my husband's barner so I get to go every week at least!
Again great food, service and friendly staff that make you feel at home. Go for breakfast, but go early it fills up fast. I always come here when in town.
