Charles was very friendly and informative right from the beginning! We walked in not expecting to purchase anything right away, but Charles picked out the PERFECT mattress for us effortlessly! He had us matched up and good to go in less than 15 minutes! We will definitely be coming back to see Charles for all of our mattress needs!
When we walked in Charles greeted us right away and was so nice about my son wanting to feel all the beds. He usually isn’t so all over the place when we go to a store. But Charles was patient and very helpful! I am thankful for how easy he made finding a mattress and answering my questions. It was my first purchase with Mattress Firm and definitely won’t be the last in the future! And I am excited we don’t have to wait long to get the new mattress and the adjustable base deal made it even better. Thank you again to Charles for great customer service and having a great attitude with everybody who walked in. You really made my first purchase of a mattress on my own less stressful.
We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm with Charles! He helped our mom find the extract mattress she loved, and was very accommodating. He was no pressure and the store was very pleasant and extremely clean. No need to go anywhere else. Charles will do you right!
Shopping at the mattress firm in Albany was pleasant. Jeffery walked me around to show me the mattress I needed for my price range and comforts. I found the one I wanted and decided to look around the city to find the best deal. I returned and before I went in I noticed online about a special promo. While Jeffery was an excellent salesman he was unfortunately unable to double up the deals going on. Luckily I remember a salesman in my hometown and she was phenomenal. Trina in Valdosta was able to get me the deal I wanted and it took only 3 minutes. She is the best!
Great customer service, really great prices. I put off getting a new mattress for so long.nIf I’d known it was this easy, I would have done it a long time ago.
