When I walked in the store, Assoc. Terry Brown greeted me with a warm smile!! I told him I was looking for a specific bar stool. He showed me what they had on display as I needed three bar stools to accommodate my kitchen. Mr. Brown delivered....he submitted a request for items to be shipped from another store as there were only 3 left! Not to mention that the sales tax was exempt. Great deal!!! Shop at Turner’s Budget for your furniture needs! You will not be disappointed. Atmosphere is wonderful and Mr. Brown is awesome! He was attentive and patient with me during my visit which are qualities I rarely see in customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. Brown!!!

I am a repeat customer at Turner Budget in Albany. One of the few places that provides a quality big man recliner. The main reason I buy there is because I have a salesman that has been there a long time and he is absolutely top notch. Honest, not pushy and ready to help in any way. Ken George is my furniture guy. He is the deciding factor for me. Good service is hard to find and I appreciate his excellence in that area. Kudos on retaining a quality employee like him.

Robert was very professional and had great customer service skills. He was willing to listen to what I needed and made sure that my merchandise was going to be delivered in a timely manner. Robert also greeted us with a smile and he ended our conversation with a small. It was a pleasure shopping with Robert today. I will definitely be back again!

Robert Bramlett @ Turner Budget in Albany is an exceptional manager. He’s patient with customers and goes out of his way to assist. He follows through when furniture is ordered and he works well with the other salespeople. The store appears to run smooth, is well kept and orderly. It would be nice to have other big box store managers like Robert. Because of Robert, my daughter and I purchased several rooms of furniture for our two homes during the months of November through the first of the year.
