I bought furniture from them before. They have really great stuff, but difficult to shop online. You have to have a SKU # for the item you want pricing on & put in a request to get a price. Great place to shop IN PERSON at their Albany location. Huge selection. No way you would leave empty handed.
The furniture they have is a great price and they are very nice. That all changes once they have your money. We were promised delivery on a certain day. They blatantly lied about trying to deliver our furniture. We live on base and know that no trucks had tried to come through even though they said they did. My husband called the store to figure it out and the lady kept hanging up on him. Would never buy from them again. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Just about every piece of furniture in my house came from Railway Freight in Albany. The best thing about them is that you can take the furniture home the same day most of the time and you don't have to wait weeks for them to have it ordered. Prices are also very competitive with Ashley Homestore and Turner's Budget Furniture. They have a huge warehouse full of furniture for every room from the kitchen/dining room, bedroom and living room. They also have accessories such as pictures and lamps.
They had beautiful merchandise I bought my daughter a blinged out dresser and she loved it!
This was my first time going, but I must say they have alot of nice stuff, definitely will be going back very soon
