I just changed to Metro by T-Mobile and I'm loving the phone so far and the service but I just wanted to give the praise to the worker that helped us with everything we needed. He went above and Beyond to make sure we were happy and we were walking away with everything we needed. The Manager Demetrius on South Slappey in Albany, Ga should get the highest praise because he truly cares about his customer's happiness and knows all the answers to any of your questions. By far the BEST experience I've ever had with anyone I give you guy's 10 STARS in my book. I know that you have a lot of great things coming your way Demetrius... Keep up the awesome work the sky's the limit! And thank you sooooooo much for everything.

I love metro took my mom on the south slappey location two weeks ago and she loves it. The employee who's name is tacara thankfully she wrote it on the slip had great customer service she made sure my mom got what she wanted at a cheaper price inspite of all the questions she took her time but handled us and other customers at one time her multi-tasking skills are excellent.

Amazing customer service from Demetrius helped me find what was in my price range and helped me get a great quality camera of what I wanted and on top of that he even gave me great advice on life he is a great employee Im definitely coming back .
