I usually enjoy shopping here for the deals even though the customer service is mediocre at best. Today it was even worse than normal. Had placed an online order that I knew wouldn't be picked up on time but called to have it kept over an extra couple of days and was told that was fine. Went to pick it up and they had canceled the order. So went to go pick up the items in store but no one was available to help find the products and the department was so unorganized I spent 15 minutes looking around before I gave up and left. I asked two employees for assistance and was told the person in that department would come assist but they never came. To say I am angry is an understatement. It will be a long time before I shop here again!
Great place to shop. Good sale on clothing
Always clean. Staff is friendly. Michael the store manager is excellent with issues and will do what he can to help resolve them.
Can't find anyone to help you. Poor quality of womens clothing. Looked for someone to help me in Estee Lauder cosmetics, and found a sales gal from Jewelry.
Very polite workers and eager to help you any way they can. This is the Albany Ga. store.
