THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. THEY CANCELLED ON THE DAY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP BECASUE I DIDN'T SEND THEM DOUBLE WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR. CHANGED FROM HALF $250 NOW AND $250 AFTER ITS DONE TO $700 BEFORE THEY EVEN SHOW UP. THEY CHANGE THEIR PRICES ON A WHIM AND THEY'RE EMAIL ACCOUNT ISNT EVEN VERIFIED. 100% CON ARTISTS

I used Region Relocations to move from Alabama back home to Texas. They gave us a cheap quote so it seemed like a good deal. It was not.nnThey were several days late to pick up my belongings. They charged me almost $700 more because my belongings took more space in the moving truck than they thought (of course they only do this once they have already loaded everything so you basically have your hands tied behind your back). So by the time they added that on, they were as expensive as other moving companies.nnAfter a week, I had received no communication of where my things were at so I called and asked if they could give an estimate of when they would be delivered. The office staff were rude and unprofessional on the phone. They gave me an estimate of 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, still no communication so I called again. They couldn’t give me an estimate this time. Basically said it would be there within the guaranteed delivery period. It was not. By the time they delivered my things, it had been two months and they gave only a few days notice on when they would deliver. Of course I was on vacation and my parents had to drive across Texas to let the movers in while I was away.nnThey mistreated my furniture. There were scratches and dents everywhere. My TV WAS MISSING among several other boxes and items. I even had other people’s items show up at my place. 100% will never use these crooks again.

I quickly filled in the inventory form and waited patiently. I had been told that it was the only thing I needed to get in touch with Region relocations and assured that I was going to get a reply in a few minutes. Truly enough, I got a feedback some minutes later and with it came detailed answers to the questions I had. Additionally, there were quotes also attached. I saw them favourable enough and went ahead with the hiring out. They were there on the agreed date and did all that I had expected of them and even more. What a wonderful experience!

You have an amazing team of relocation experts, I would sincerely want to admit. I have had experiences with some high-profile relocation companies and I must say you stand a place among them. The kind of diligence that your crew displayed when I requested them to relocate me from Maryland to Georgia was exceptional. It was something beyond the reach of average movers. You are just superb!

There is no doubt that about the fact that they will be the one facilitating my future relocation. I would not want anything different from what I got. It was perfect seeing them handle each property of mine with dignity, due diligence a new level of professionalism. From Georgia to FL, I was moved like a king. It was a befitting movement, and I have Region relocations team to thank for that.
