I’m here for work and I ordered a couple of cupcakes for a special occasion tonight. They are super friendly, have great packaging, and everything was delivered seamlessly and very quick too! It was an expected delivery time of 30-45 minutes but arrived probably in 20! They even included a personalized “thank you” which I thought was so nice. Highly recommend ordering from SmallCakes in Albany!

I called this morning to place an order for my mom’s 60th birthday. My parents live in Albany, and I live in Arizona. Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel our plans for her birthday this year, and I won’t be able to visit due to COVID. We’re all a little heartbroken, just like a lot of people about a lot of things this year.nnWhen I called, I was met with the sweetest voice of someone who genuinely was happy to help me. I do believe her name is Olivia. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind and helpful. She suggested things and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was able to place my order for my mom’s big day without ANY trouble and I was completely blown away with how wonderful my experience was here. Hands down the best, and I can’t wait to see my mom’s face over Zoom when she’s surprised (when my dad delivers) next week.nnTHANK YOU guys for turning a sad situation into a great one and for making this so very easy, even from across the country. I’m more than impressed by Olivia (I really hope I’m getting that correct; I was outside and couldn’t hear super well when she told me!!!) and she turned my day around instantly. She’s a rockstar.

I was disappointed in my cupcake, it was not very fresh. My husband said the same thing about his cupcake.
