Courteous, thorough, and found a great solution to an unusual situation with another provider.
Asked for help, but they don’t care. Only 1 other customer in here. I was tying to buy the new iPhone 12 on preorder. I’ll still buy it today. Just at another location. Now the guy is telling me I have to buy it from him, because he has a wife and needs commission. I’m just uncomfortable😂
Ask for Kaleb Porter. He is quite talented and knowledgeable. I work for a T-Mobile corporate division and Kaleb assisted me with my employee discount. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was answering all my questions. He was very patient and understanding of my needs as well and stayed later than planned to assist me. I thought he was the manager since all his peers came to him for advice and questions. Branch manager, please promote Kaleb in this crucial time when we need great service reps. He will go far! Thank you.
Gabe helped us today and was truly amazing. Kind, knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us find the phone we needed even calling another store for us. He was great and all our experiences have been at this location!
When I went there, I asked to get a new screen protector for my phone. K'Leigh took my phone and put a screen protector on it then took it to the back and came back and apologized for keeping us waiting for so long then said that when she put the screen protector on, it had dust in it and she came back to put a brand new one on. I really appreciated that she took the time to do that. Thank you K'Leigh!!
