They were very quick and helped me with information!
If you live in Orem or Provo, don't use AT&T because there is no good signal. West of Orem there is no sign, there is no sign for the Orem Walmart and south of Provo there is no sign either, in Springville there is no sign and many places closer to Provo and Orem. I don't recommend AT&T
My account has been screwed up since October. Being charged for a line I don't even have. Neither the store or att has been able to fix it. And my account is currently suspended because the store is not open to fix this. I've left so many messages at the store with no response. I'm now filing a dispute with att corporate now. Next is arbitration!!
Excellent service! I got a hand-me-down iPhone 6 from a friend and my SIM card was too large. I went in, told the lady helping me what I needed, and she cut clipped my SIM down to iPhone size. It was a refreshing experience to not be upsold or encouraged to buy anything. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes
Sam is an amazing sales person! He is also an amazing manager! Always ask for him. He went above and beyond for me! His staff is also very nice and helpful go see them!
