It was the best service I had they help me out and there was a employee called Dc who was helping me out getting a new phone and I’m glad I had a good experience at T-Mobile
Waited for almost an hour just to get in and not really be helped. Day manager was of no help, when an employee asked a question for me. Manager didn’t even listen to the entire question before rudely responding no. I thought they were there to help customers figure out situations. Not say there’s nothing they can do. All I needed was a simple SIM card and manager couldn’t spare a minute to at least try to figure it out. Short little Hispanic male needs to learn managing
Jay at T-Mobile Tucker, is the best customer service person, he have great superior knowledge than any other. He is so committed. He is a great asset to the company, and he is down right honest.
Wow!! Shenekaes customer service was exceptional! She was so sweet and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, she immediately greeted me and begin to help. I hate walking into a establishment and no one acknowledges me. I was looking to upgrade but I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Shenekae was so educated on all the products which made the process easier. I was in and out with my new phone within 30 minutes. I’ll only be working with her when I come back!
This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Dealing with another competitor they lost all my info , basically a dead phone. T-Mobile store 2097 and your representative Lisa Gonzalez put everything back in the new phone. All my info was saved thanks to her expertise. I would most certainly recommend T-Mobile to all my friends their customer service is 4 stars.
