He was unable to work on my piece of furniture...I drove to Sussex with pictures..he took a look and said he couldn't recover it. I was a bit disappointed since it seemed more like he just didn't want to do it.

I am a repeat customer of Upholstery Works Inc, and think very highly of Joe and Liz and their beautiful craftsmanship. They recovered a room-sized, 4 piece, mid-century style sectional for us about 6 years ago, and we planned to go back to them for future projects. Recently we acquired an elaborate, Victorian mahogany sofa and chair set that have been in my family for decades. I chose a fabric with a pattern repeat that could not have been easy to work with, and they did a beautiful job centering the pattern in just the right places, and with matching adjoining fabric pieces so that pattern flows flawlessly. Honesty, Integrity, beautiful work, and they seem to love what they do - what a combination! I'll go back to them again.

I had a chair that was my grandfather's and needed some love. They did an amazing job! Helped me pick out the upholstery and it turned out great. It still looks like my grandpa's chair and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
