I highly recommend the services of this establishment. As a trained OSHA inspector, I was impressed with every attention to detail and safety protocol facilitated by Candy. She is professional and proficient in her craft. I look forward to future sessions of entrusting her with my skincare.
The women was very disrespectful. 3 hours before my appointment, she notified me that she had to cancel because of a family emergency. She then proceeded to give some other times she could take me within the next couple of days. I was extremely understanding and did not hesitate to say ok. I allowed her to reschedule me for the next day at 12pm. I have attached photos of our conversation to this review so you can see how she talks to people. Because of the industry I work in, I had pop up meeting that lasted until 12:30. As soon as this happened, I contacted her to apologize and asked what her next availability is. She proceeded to yell at e through text then told me she would be charging me a $30 no show fee. I RESPECTFULLY told her I felt like it was unfair for her to charge me a no show fee for an appointment she had to reschedule. (I have posted photos of what I said.) Long story short, I never cursed, called her names, or talked down to her and she was very disrespectful. She then proceed to say she would black list me to other spas then called me trash. She is very unprofessional!
My experience at Prestige was awesome! The owner was very professional and made my visit so comfortable and worthwhile. She has a client for life! I received a facial and a brow treatment. Her suite is also very cute and intimate. The location was 2 min from the expressway, which was very convenient. I give her a 5 star rating!
This was my first time ever receiving a facial and it was an amazing experience! I received an elite facial and after a day I saw noticeable differences in my skin, and the owner was very kind and professional. I quickly see myself becoming a regular here!
I am 53 the microdermabrasion service with the 24k gold mask is amazing. My skin is healthy and glowing.nnThe underarm waxing is a must, I no longer shave with a razor. No more underarm skin irritation caused by razors.nnThe LED light services are so calming and relaxing.nnThe hand scrubbing service is another one of my favorite services. When I shake hands I want my energy felt by a positive touch. Soft inviting hands matter!
