Liz does a great job of listening to what's going on with my body, and then tailoring my massage to include extra attention where things have been sore/tight/cranky in general. I always feel great after a massage with her!

Liz did a lymphatic drainage message for me and it wonderful! This was my first time getting one and she walked me through the process. It was so relaxing that I was sad when it was over lol. Would highly recommend.

I've had such a relaxing and amazing experience with Liz! I booked the Lymphatic Massage bundle for post surgery. On the very first massage, I noticed a huge decrease in swelling and hardening. She is very attentive to your needs and comforts. I am very pleased with everything!!
