Food is decent quality but the order is never perfect. Many times they are out of bread bowls. If you order delivery it's always a crapshoot whether they'll get it right. They slap the fillings on the bread haphazardly so all the bacon is in one bite and a couple of bites are just bread. Once you dissect it and put it back together properly it tastes great.

Spent 30 minutes, maybe even more, for my curbside order. All the others cars were getting their orders. I eventually asked to, again, a worker that came outside, about my order. He came back, gave me a bag and that's it. It wasn't my order. They gave me a bag with food. All I ordered was coffee. So I had to park in the parking lot and walk inside the store for my order. They gave it to me and by that time, it was cold. The customer service was awful here.

Normally when I go everything is good. However, on my last trip they messed my order up and then I went back today they messed it up again. Asked for extra bacon there was none on any of the sandwiches I ordered and two didn't even have eggs. Today the person put extra eggs on the sandwich but no extra cheese. Customer service was still great! But could have offered a free something for me using my gas to have to drive all the way back for the companies mistake.

I love this location but associates needs to pay attention to the details when receiving an online order. This is the second time I wrote in the description to replace the wrap for ciabatta bread with extra extra sauce. Unfortunately It was a surgery day at work so I couldn’t leave and return it. Please Please Please pay attention the the description

The best!! Food is always fresh haven't had a bad item yet and I've been going for years!! Amazing customer service from Jaquise! The staff overall was awesome!!
