Shopped in the mall to grab a couple of items from JCPenney before the store closed permanently; therefore, I had bags on my arm. On my way out, I decided to grab a couple of cookies before heading home. The woman helping me, possibly the manager’s wife, inserted my card into the machine because their Apple Pay system was not functional. My first card would not recognize so I tried a different card, which still did not read. Before any other thing was said or asked, the woman asked in a condescending tone if there was money on my card. I respectfully tried to leave the cookies on the counter and get my card back so I can be on my way. However, she would not give me my card back and moved to another cash register and charged my card without my permission. I kept telling her that I did not want to be charged and she could keep the cookies, but just kept saying that it was just the other card reader not working. No apology given. I definitely will not be returning.
I was hurt to see the ice cream was old and area unclean... The flavors that we left was old and empty containers were still in freezer area.nI went back.. later in the month.Yes it was restocked but the upkeep was the same. Customers didn't mind. I ordered cookies today on Grubhub, my order had special instructions that they did not follow also my cookies are hard and they aren’t even answering the phone so that I can let them know the problem. Terrible Service! Won’t order again!
Ordered a really weird cookie cake and they didn't judge me 10/10
Okay; service (very slow to respond, stood at counter almost 5mins before someone came over, though upon approach they were friendly) and food have been better in the past. Pretzel bites were not fresh or hot (I should have requested a refund) and they did not have the nacho spicy cheese dip available.
