I purchased a large amount of pavers from them. I had a half pallet that I was charged for splitting. Well the pallet was old and had been sitting around for a while and the color was very very very faded. I called as soon as the efflorance cleaning did nothing. I had the Techo Rep out and he was going to give me a discount and have my pavers cleaned. Neither of these have happened and he will not return calls. The Rock was a great company when purchasing but they have not stood behind their product when they knew the item they sold me was sitting for a long time on their lot.nnChad Beyer
