Absolutely horrible customer service out right lied to make an extra 50dollars I was in sales for 18years and to lie to a customer to up sale a product I'm appalled a true discrace to the sales professional especially to the true sales people in the profession that realize sale your product but don't ever lie especially about price I recommend travel a little further to avoid this place plenty of metro stores in Atlanta avoid this one at all cost
My go-to Metro spot! Despite parking challenges. I like these guys a lot. They're super be professional and knowledgeablenI saw the main man get trouble from a customer. He was SO patient, and despite the guy probably deserving the boot. He found a solution for the customer and sent him calmly on his way!
I was referred to this store from another location where I was told that I could get the 2 for 80 deal with no activation fee this weekend. I was just given a quote of $170 and told that the promo was over although there is a sign on the building and on his desk stating the promotion is current. I am very dissatisfied for the lack of accommodation and will remain a cricket customer with this type of customer service. 0 stars
