I just went in there a few days back for a used cellphone transaction. Let me tell you.., if you haven't been to this location in the past few months..., things have changed drastically.nnThe young lady there helped me check the used phone before purchased, switched my account to the new iPhone and did all that within a span of 10 min. She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.nnThis location has definitely received a face over.
Great customer service. It was quick too. I was switching over from Version. Just wanted some more flexibility in my plan. Don't believe in the whole credit with a phone thing. I lucked up and caught a good Christmas deal. I love my new phone. It's a Samsung A20. I got some additional lines and it's actually pretty affordable. Man named Mo there is very rude and nasty to workers and customers he lies about the prices and changes it everytime don’t waste your money here will never be back
this place has came a long way than where it used to be. If your around this area you should definitely give it another shot.
This store shouldn't even be open. The computer is always down. I can never pay my cell bill. The employees just sit around on their phones or hang out outside the store. But somehow the computer works when it's time to buy a phone. You'll do better just putting a kiosk in Kroger instead of paying your employees to sit on their asses for eight hours. It's a shame I live in walking distance to the store and I have to go elsewhere to pay my bill. Get rid of it or fix the problem.
