My family has been using this Resthaven cementary for the past 10 year and service has always been surpurb, so when my husband passed away there was not doubt in my mind that he would not be buried at Resthaven. I am so grateful for the staff here, they made this transition a little bit easier for me.
I was trying to surprise my mother-in-law by putting the marker on my sister-in-law‘s grave and I am formed the workers at the cemetery that this was a surprise and that they should call me once the marker was late but instead of calling me they call my mother-in-law and ruin the surprise so that left me very disappointing after spending as much as I did for the marker for my surprise to be ruined by people not following the instructions that was given at the time of the payment I know I’m just one person with a complaint and I just wanted to put it out there that this is one very dissatisfied customer would think twice about using this service again. But the real thing that made me upset is when I called to say something about it I was told that the number that they had was the wrong number but they have caught me before at my number so I don’t even know how she got the wrong number she must’ve dialed the wrong number but anyway this is
My experience was not a good one. My daughter was buried in May 28, 2019 and her headstone was placed on the wrong grave. It took 3 visits before this was corrected, and if it had not been for the Supervisor who digs the grave, my granddaughter and I would still be in a dispute with this lady. She is not customer service friendly. While the Supervisor did apologize, the lady we spoke with did not. Please make sure your love one is placed where they should be!
How is it that this business has been operating for 40 years and there is no website, or contact information other than a phone number that rings and rings then goes into fax mode? Who owns this property and how do you contact them to inquire about internment records of a deceased family member?
The bald head old lady is very rude she called my phone mad about a late payment and it’s a way to handle things especially when a family have lost their loved one. Be careful how you treat people.
