I am sad to say that my experience with this furniture store wasn’t quite the best. I ordered a dining table w/ chairs and a child’s bunk bed. The store manager informed me that our furniture would be delivered on a Particular day and when that day came, we never received our order nor did we receive a call informing us that our order wouldn’t be coming in on this day. We called the store and spoke to an associate who informed us that they never went to their Atlanta warehouse to pick up our furniture and she stated that she would speak to the manager and call us back. This was at 12:00 noon and by 3:00 pm after not receiving a call back, we called the furniture store to find out when we would receive our order. Unfortunately after calling the store over a dozen times with no answer my husband was forced to drive down to the store to inquire about our order. Once there, my husband was informed that our order would be delivered 2 days later. Fast forward to our new deli every date: our furniture came and was delivered to our home. Unfortunately our dining room table leaf came with a chip in the corner. After calling the store again to inform them, they told us they would have someone come out to repair the leaf. We were told that we would receive a call from the repair guy same day or next day. Guess what??? No call. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from this company as well as their lack of customer service. My expectation is pretty minimal...call and notify us of our order status. Thats all! I definitely will not be purchasing from here again if this is the customer service they will continue to provide.

We had an awesome experience shopping at Southern Furniture. We purchased the most comfortable sectional I have ever sat on. They provided excellent customer service and even made arrangements to have our furniture delivered on a Sunday. I will shop here again.
