They are very nice and helpful.
They dont stand by warranty and extended warranty when purchased. The baseball stitching in my leather couch set immediately started popping (within 6 months). Was told it's cosmetic and doesnt affect the integrity of the couch so they wouldnt do anything. Now 5 years later my leather is PEELING EVERYWHERE. I wish I could attach photos. This was $2000 set and it is just trash.
