An Nails & Spa

They are not professional. My first and my last time there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Wait time is forever and when they finally gets to you they don't understand or care what the customers wants. People walk out because they just had it. Never will I go there again.

My nails came out fine Appearance wise, however 8/10 of these nails I had such a horrible time taking off. I believe my natural nails were filed down too much so when they glued the tips on, it broke my natural nail as far down as they put the tip if that makes sense. for example they glue the nail tips on the first 3rd of the nail, that whole third of my nail would come off or split open on each nail with blood coming out underneath on a few of them if I even hit them slightly washing dishes and I’d scream. It’s not a regular tenderness it was like something was broken underneath. they’d just hurt so bad if I even touched them which is NOT normal and indicates my natural nails were not handled properly. I would not have written this review if it was one or two nails, as i understand that can happen with any nail tech..but pretty much all of my nails would break nearly half off underneath. I wanted to cry attempting to take them off and if I didn’t, I’d eventually hit it or touch it and scream of agony. And i can’t even soak them in acetone because it was sting too much due to how they cracked/ripped my nails! worst experience Got them done in August and it’s mid September and still have my pinky and ring finger on slowly nibbling to try to work them off but it hurts too much. It’s been hell. Maybe it was just that nail tech. not coming back to chance it again though. Month of hell.

Tim is the BEST...always does an excellent job and the staff is always friendly.

Been going here almost 4 years and I absolutely love my nail tech! She listens to exactly what I want and always delivers just that. Even on visits when I'm unsure she always advises me on a color choice she knows I would like! I've brought my daughters a couple times as well and their nail techs were awesome each time too.

Nails hurt bad after getting them done like something is stabbing my nail if I touch it. Ignored other reviews cause I want to support a local nail shop in a pandemic but I think I made a mistake.. planning to get them removed by another nail tech
