Budget Truck Rental

I must say that it was very disappointing minus 0 for unsatisfactory they did not disclose the arrangements for the vehicle I wasted over $50 today and back for nothing they hang up on me several times not wanting to hear or help me in this situation very unsatisfactory and I will never use or try to use budget I would never attempt to use budget ever again

The front desk clerk was very rude

Jeniffer started by saying they didn’t call to check if your truck was here. Not hello, good morning or anything. So with me being an Unwelcome customer she has an attitude.She also wouldn’t let me park my car in their lot on a same day truck rental. No customer care!!!!

The customer service is good but how they handle business you got to have to much of your personal business to rent, utility bill, bank statement etc even if you rented before, the deposit is expensive it's added to the amount of the rental, if you gonna rent from this company be ready. I will add that the equipment is in good condition.

Criminals! I wrote them up already, but I guess having multiple listings allows them the disguise the bad reviews. Lets just say they will steal money from you if you use a debit card, and wont even tell you. They destroyed my checking account with thier fraudulent activity.
