Very unprofessional for the most part there are a few nice pleasant ppl maybe one or two I’ve met in my three years using this place. No trash cans at all on premises. Prices fluctuate after your initial deal and they will never give you a deal or break again unless you actually leave their storage. No help. Just bland lazy ppl who live on the property for cheap and do as little as possible when they “work”

Rhonda and Janet were absolutely amazing and super helpful in making sure every detail was considered for my big move across the country.nnIt was my first time ever setting foot inside a U-Haul location as it was my first time moving. Janet helped with box selection and made some terrific recommendations that made things easier for me. Rhonda made me feel like a VIP as she personally saw to everything I needed from the truck rental to the auto transport to even a padlock with keys. She made sure that I felt confident in all areas before I left.nnI cannot thank you enough for addressing my concerns and providing unmatched customer service. It was extremely refreshing and I hope to do business with you again!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable with what you need to make the dreadfulness of moving the best it can be. From hooking up the trailer, explaining how everything works just in case I needed to take it off myself, what I needed to hook up my lights to the packing supplies of boxes, love the wardrobe box to the right size truck and appliance dolly helped so much. Thank you for all your help Dina. Uhaul is blessed to have you in their team.

WAY TO GO UHAUL. Your NEW MANAGEMENT and STAFF is OUTSTANDING!!!!!! What a turnaround.nI made my reservation online and didn't realize I choose this store, which is closest to my address. My past experience with this store is not a pleasant one and told myself I would not return. I wasn't happy to pull into that parking lot. To my surprise the parking lot was clean. I was welcomed as soon as the door opened from a female voice I couldn't even see behind the counter because she was assisting another customer. When she went to go get that customers truck she acknowledged me again and said she'll be right with me. About five mins later she came back in apologized for the wait. Great customer service. She offered packing supplies to help with my move. I purchased a couple of boxes I didn't even need. We was out the door at my truck checking the text she sent me. My truck was clean, smelled good.
