Disorganized. Living room set was supposed to be delivered today. It’s not here. Said it won’t be here until tomorrow. Said must’ve been something wrong with their system.... not sure what that means considering they gave me a copy of the HAND WRITTEN receipt with the correct delivery date on it. Not sure what system you have to go through to hand a piece of paper to someone... wouldn’t recommend paying the $100 for delivery... they clearly don’t have their stuff together. I had to pay someone to be at my house to receive the order because I work, so this is a very inconvenience to me, especially considering I paid for the service.
Great great prices. They have financing too. I got a great deal on this chair. I will definitely be back for a larger purchase.
Process was quick and easy, salesman was nice and knowledgeable. Buying process and sales service are 5 stars. I rated 3 stars because furniture I received was not of good quality and not worth the price I was paying. The sectional is used minimally in a viewing room. After the first 60 days I noticed the pillows starting to unravel at the seem and sectional losing its shape. I called and asked about returns and was answered with a quick and dismissive No.
