The sales agent was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with confidence and offered additional helpful information. She worked with me to assist me with my purchase instead of forcing a sale on me. She was very professional and patience.

Shaq was great, he took his time to explain all the great points of each mattress, he asked detailed questions and advised on what he thought would work best. He was patient friendly to other customers as they came in. It was a great experience.

This place is awesome and then only reason I came here is Agytma Foy. She’s kind, joyful, and very smart and good at her job. She handled me rather quickly and wow her customer service is fantastic! She took care of me in 30 minutes with 3 other customers in the store, working with them as well. Mattress Firm do NOT let go of her. She is a STAR! People ask for her and ALWAYS buy your mattress HERE!

Agyem, she was my sales person and she was terrific. Z was also very helpful. I don't know that I'll ever need a new mattress but if I do I'm coming to Mattress Firm.
