Visited this past weekend looking for Mattresses. Had the best customer service experience ever while shopping for furniture, was helped by Consultant Kay Bridges. We walked in thinking we were only checking price due to other home furniture stores in the area. But due to Kay’s knowledge and wonderful assistance, I was convinced and sold in the first visit! My experience at the Morrow location was awesome. I initially had an issue but ended up with everything I wanted and needed. It was such a pleasant experience Justin the assistant manger was a great problem solver and took the time to listen to my frustration and help turn the issue around to the best of his ability. Also, my sales associate was even better Sabrina, she was also very patient and very pleasant. I will definitely return as a customer again great job guys.
My experience with this company was nothing short of AMAZING. Not only did my wife and I purchase great furniture but the service was phenomenal! Working with the store manager Justin basically set things in order for our new home. After seeing pictures of the family room, he set the decor in motion and furnished the entire room from top to bottom! Thank you so much Justin for your knowledge and expertise!! We will be back to furnish our basement as well!
We absolutely love our furniture we purchased and we got a deal beyond amazing! Very happy with our sales person Bianca, she was awesome! Her level of customer service is rare these days. I am very happy with our purchase!
I had a great experience at this store in today. I walked in and was greeted with a warm hello by Kay(my pet peeve is not being greeted when I walk into an establishment). Kay was very friendly, attentive and patient. Whatever I needed she was looking it up or asking. Again, thank you Kay for a wonderful experience.
