This place had a pretty decent selection of appliances and I found one that I was interested in buying. The deal was very good but I couldn't get it due to the fact there was no manager on duty and the staff said they weren't allowed to let me take it from the store and I'd have to return the next day. This is too inconvenient when you've dedicated time to arrange to bring a hand truck and a trailer of your own with a plan to buy. Nice selection, and the staff was friendly, but for me it was too much hassle in the end. Hopefully you're visit will go better than mine did.
Alecia has provided me with excellent customer service. She has wonderful people skills, product knowledge and patience. I have read all the reviews about this place before I went. I can say today's experience wasn't nothings as expected. The professionalisms shown here from this store has really sold me as a return customer. She sold me a refrigerator with a 5yr protection that offers me a annual preventative maintenance and $300 food reimbursement.
We have now purchased a dryer, a dishwasher, and a fridge from this location. Their prices are better than the L*wes outlet that is right next door, by a long shot. The sales associates are amazing, and I highly recommend shopping at THIS location
