We enjoy shopping for our home needs at Badcock. We purchased a bedroom set for our daughter that she really loves, and the area rug we also purchased for her room is to die for. We've recently added a TV Console to our purchases and our same sales rep Ms. Lee was awesome. Ms. Lee greeted me as I came in and asked if I needed help. Then directed me to what I was searching for without hovering. Loved the experience.

I don't shop often because I never can fully make my mind up when it comes to decor. However this was a very pleasant experience. Mrs. Lee assisted me with my purchase and she was so patient with me as I was a little indecisive at first. Her suggestions were spot on with what I was imagining for my house. I would always go to this store before checking another from now on just because of Mrs. Lee's heartwarming greeting and assistance. She's amazing. Thank you for helping me with my room ideas.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was greeted upon entering the store and I was first assisted by phone with Mrs. Wanda although she was not available at the store Ms. Claudia filled in and she was just as amazing as Mrs. Wanda. She was very helpful answered all my questions and explained everything in detail about my purchase.

This store was everything I thought it would be and more. The customer service was met at the door and was overall the best I've seen in a long time thanks to Miss Lee!! Such a kind and sweet lady. She assisted us and helped us find the right furniture for our needs. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for new furniture any day. Thank you Mrs. Louise Lee , I can not wait for my bedroom set to arrive!

My husband and I were able to find just what we wanted in the store. Mrs. Lee-Dewitt was not only very helpful and friendly, but extremely professional. When you go into the store, please ask for her. She will definitely take care of you.
