Been a customer since 2010 always happy with their services. I have used them from South GA, Middle Ga, now we live in Atlanta their friendly service has never changed and if there something broken or a mistake in colors and anything they are quick to correct the issues. I have no issues or every had any with them. These are my furniture family-friendly people.

This is the second time I am a customer with farmers furniture at this location, have paid of more then $2,000. I have never been late on a payment and always paid early. When I called to make a payment for the month of June, the system was down and they told me to make a payment online and for the amount. I paid and called the same day (May 29th) to verify as well as called on June 9th to make sure everything was good for this month. & the person I spoke to assured me I was good until July. Today I get a call while enjoying dinner with my family telling me I didn't pay $3. Seriously?nThere wasn't even an apology after I explained the situation, they acted like they didn't care if they had me as a customer or not and I got blamed for the situation. & then she proceeds to tell me she will make an exemption on the extra credit card fee but only this time. I asked her what the remaining balance was only a total of $300+ and paid off my furniture completely over the phone. Me and my wife were just talking about going back in to upgrade our bedroom furniture but now I will never do business with this company again. I do not care to do business with a company who treats you like trash over $3.

Intended to go out and visit several furniture stores, this store was not on my list however my husband said he wanted to check this store out first. I am very happy we did. As soon as we entered the store we got a call out welcome and after a few minutes were approached by a sales person. Ms. Sharon showed use some items we were looking for, answered our questions and then left us for a few minutes so we could privately discuss things. I appreciate this so much. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything. We will be going back . Prices are reasonable too. Thank you Ms. Sharon

First off I would like to say that I love getting furniture from this company. Secondly, the staff at this location was amazing. Ms. Sharon did an amazing job at making me feel welcome and assisting me with finding the right look. KT who is the credit manager made sure all of my discounts were applied and even assisted me with trying to get the right bed set. Kesha who is the credit managers assistant gave me some great advice on which mattress is the best to choose from. These 3 employees did a hell of an amazing job with helping me. I always shop with Farmers and from this day forward I will only prefer to communicate with Kt, Sharon, and Kesha. I recommend everyone to this location and ask for Kt cause he’s the best. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to making this process easy for me. Be blessed.
