Good place nice vibes inside the store and it doesn’t smell like you’d think a GameStop would smell like neck grease and Dorito dust it smell nice in there staff was very helpful in helping me and the lady at the cashier was pretty only reason it’s not a 5 star is there’s no Ps5 here but we’re in a global Pensacola so i understand would shop here again

Most of the time I like going to a Gamestop but this was not one of those times. I'll never go back to this one ever again, all because of the one female employee. I don't know if she was a manager or what but once she started talking to me, she didn't want to hear a word I had to say. An when she did let me talk everything I said was wrong. I came in asking about the new Assassin's Creed game for the X Box One, an later was told That because I didn't want to pre order anything that I must have a PS4. Just rude an bad customer service, she was more interested in talking to her friend who came in than helping the new employee or helping me.

Just left here guy at desk was very knowledgeable about what information i requested on hand. Very fast and efficient.

Great customer service, I made a phone call first before up there and they had just what I wanted and when I got there the guy still had it waiting for me. Thanks so very much for having just what I was looking for and u didn't tell me to go to your website.
