Sunglass Hut at Macy's

Kim assisted me with my purchase less than ten minutes ago. Her customer services were on point, definitely professional, welcoming and i will definitely purchase another pair of sunglasses from her in the future. Guess the poor reviews are from people who shopped while she wasn't there...

Bunch of losers, drove 30 minutes to wait 40 minutes and no one showed up. Wanted 2 pairs of raybans never coming back to this mall

Went to Macy's at Southlake yesterday to the Sunglass Hut. Saw an employee on the phone that didn't even recognize a customer. She just kept talking. I wanted to wait until she was done, but she didn't stop. I walked over to her, and she saw me and quickly walked away. I saw another salesperson in jewelry and asked if she could get me some assistance. She did an all call, and I waited for 15 minutes. No one came by, and even she didn't come back to ask if I needed assistance. So I just left. They need to get some more help, especially if there are very few customers in the store to begin with.

If I could give 0 star i would. Anyways on Thursday April 11th. I was looking and then found a pair of ray bans that I liked then I asked a Macy’s associate if I could have some help to look at them. She first of all had an attitude then she went over on the intercom for an associate to come and help me. Nobody even acknowledged me or even bothered helping me. Terrible customer service and never will be returning. TERRIBLE!!
