I love this spa! The people are amazingly friendly, and I have never once had a bad experience. The front desk personnel is always helpful and considerate, from the time you check in until the time you check out. The staff is going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. The therapists are personable and respectful, wanting to give you the best experience possible. I love Jessica, the facialist ... we have fun laughing together while I get to relax and enjoy being pampered. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out on something great!!!
Hope is amazing! I like a good deep tissue massage and her amount of pressure was perfect. I feel so much better now that she got the kinks out of my neck and back. The center is also nice and relaxing and everyone is friendly. They take the health and safety of their guests and staff very seriously. Highly recommend!
Both massage and facial services have been great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Facility is very relaxing and very nicely done.
Great communication and very nice staff! My massage therapist, Hope, listens to what I need and focuses on those areas. I am a regular customer and I am very satisfied!
I started coming to this location at least monthly from early 2012 through early 2018. After my son died, I did not come very often, maybe once. So in February 2019 I cancelled my membership, or so I thought. My credit card was not charged for several months. I did not immediately notice when they began billing it again. I went in today to resolve this error and was told I never cancelled it. Further, all they will do to resolve the 15+ paid sessions is to let me try to use them within three months. I want them to return my money! Beware when you try to stop your membership.
