I will NEVER EVER visit again. For two days in a roll staff refused to honor the promotion sent to my phone. On Friday I use the very same promotion and it was honored. I have it in my history, but for the past two days the store manager claims she has never heard of the promotion even after I showed her my earlier purchase.
We didnt end up eating here cause i dont do ice cream and coffee like that but the moments we stood in line were pleasant. Its very clean and looks so great in there i plan on trying out the breakfast menu
So I frequent this location at around 5;25 a.m., customer service is good. I suggest working on the egg wraps the taste was way off for me. The taste that overwhelmed the item was a Chargill taste.
I was in and out in no time, which they're always very busy at this location, even if you walk in. The coffee prices are much better than Starbucks ud83dude03
The customer service here is horrible. I have to go in countless time to get my order corrected or fixed after getting it from the drive thru. Its the closest one to me and I love dunkin but think u have to travel just to get better service
