First time patronizing Golden Krust. Food was good and filling (got full quick.) Staff was fine, restaurant seemed clean. Will be back..
The FOOD is Spectacular; and The Customer Service is Amazingly Royal. The Management and the Ladies working the Front Counter are Lovely with GREAT Attitudes. I'll be Back soon, and I'm bringing my Friends for Lunch.
Manager Tameka is a sorry excuse of a manager. She sent out a text for free food and didnt honor the deal. Had an attitude and didnt acknowledge her mistake with thentext message. Should have honored the 3 customers that were on the store with the same free meal message but had an attitude instead. Poor management!!
I simply loved their food. I always get fantastic service here. The place is neat and the workers are always very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
This place was recommended to me so I got a large oxtail plate from here $24 when I got back to work I noticed there was hair in my food so I drove back to the restaurant to show them. I was told the manager was gone and would be back in 15 min so i waited I then asked if they could call manager b/c I was on my break so I was told no refunds even though it was hair in my food and I could wait 15 more min for the manager to get here.. I'm still here waiting!! Smh that's bad business I'll update this post once I speak with manager. I have now been waiting 40min!!!
