Went to the store to return a iPad and employee Byron was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. Highly recommend this store. Great customer service.

Poor experience - came in to discuss upgrading my iphone which was working perfectly just running out of storage. Ended up agreeing to lease model with larger memory. Was told that I qualified for “special” promos. Next thing I know sales rep is adding $100 lifeproof case, screen protector, wireless charger and a new “free” tablet and overpriced case. Never explained properly that he was rolling all of this into future installments. Returned this unwanted stuff the next day and given run around, eventually the store manager personally processed. However, the bill was never corrected and have been dealing with billing issues ever since. Beyond frustrating. Loyal Customer will be lost over this...

Currently been sitting outside awaiting the store to open. 10 am as posted. It’s been 12 minutes as the employee is sitting Jon her car eating her breakfast. Looks like I’m leaving

Went in to this store today and 4 very painless hours later I walked out a very happy customer. Rachel the manager and Pedro the Sales Consultant bent over backwards to accommodate me and both were extremely knowledgeable about their products and all their available plans, very very happy customer here.
