I’ve been having issues with both of my computers, and I was seriously worried that it was finally time to retire one of them. The older one was constantly overheating and would shut itself down without warning from the heat within two hours of use if I wasn’t careful, and I was worried about the fan being the problem—I had just changed out the battery less than two months before and I was getting super frustrated, and the newer one was having serious touchscreen issues.nBest Buy’s Geek Squad wouldn’t touch the older one, and was claiming that the newer one would take a minimum 6-8 weeks to get back to me.nI handed the older one off to the gentlemen here on MLK around 3:30pm, they had it ready for me by dinner time the next evening. I traded one computer for the other that Wednesday, and that one was finished in roughly 24 hours as well.nIn the span of a week, I went from nearing despair and hopelessness with one and utter frustration with the possibility of losing my computer for two months to having two working computers again within a business week (and the week of MLK at that!). It’s been two months and they’re still going as strong as ever.

Called in hopes they would be able to help me. Nick answered and listened to my internet browser issue and asked me to check 2 settings on my laptop. Problem solved in a matter of a few clicks. I will happily use them next time I have any computer issues.

These guys are amazing and know what they are doing! I need to have my daughters space bar put back on. They were happy to help, only took a few minutes. Then I went back the next day after I found the part LOL. Again they fixed it quick no problem at all. They were both super sweet and I recommend them for anything you need done.

I can’t say enough about the great service I received here. I had a laptop that I wanted to donate to a child in need. The owner gave me an incredible price to refurbish it knowing that it was to be donated. Truly a small business that cares about their community. I will definitely be supporting them in the future!
