Henry was by far one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He was kind and very patient through the entire time. He fully explained everything I needed to know as well as everything I did not know. He really made my experience quick and smooth. In the event that I would ever need help with any phone or bill problems again I will be asking for him personally. He was awesome!!!!!!!

The customer service here was amazing. They helped me transfer my old photos easily onto my new iPhone. The employees answered my questions with confidence about their mobile plans. I am proud to be a part of the T-mobile community

Love love love this location. The staff is excellent and the customer service was great. I got the new iPhone and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend Henry and Kayla.

Very impressed with the service provided at this TMobile store, particularly by Kayla and Vanessa. Was a Sprint customer before and wanted to take advantage of the new phone offerings. Had 2 phones but only wanted 1 phone upgrade. Kayla understood what I needed to accomplish as far as swapping phones and phone numbers. She was very thorough and proactive in calling the person she needed to contact to get things done. Vanessa was also great, and stepped in to help when it was not busy at the store. Great team work and kudos to them both for their great customer service.!

I went to the T-Mobile on Marietta Hwy in Canton and Henry and Pam were amazing! I bought the new Galaxy watch Active 2 and they went through the entire set up of the watch for me. It took a while but they still took the time to make sure it was up and running properly. The care and work they did to make sure it worked properly was truely great customer service!! Then to top it all off, Henry explained how to use it and then they called me!!! Who does that?!?! Amazing customer service and terrific demeanor!! This will definitely be my home T-Mobile store. Highly recommend!!
